My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were adequate with all the necessary facilities, but there were some cleanliness issues and noise disturbances. After a late night flight from Venice, the hotel was like ice - clean and had everything needed for a one-night stay. It's ok for a night - nothing special, nothing bad. The service at Stansted airport was convenient with easy parking and friendly staff. I will stay again, nothing to dislike. The location is within easy driving distance of Stansted Airport, comfy, clean, spacious, and excellent value for money. The dining experience was poor, and the Sicilian pastries were of very low quality. The hotel facilities were basic.

The hotel definitely had its ups and downs. While the rooms were a major letdown with mold and dampness, making my stay quite uncomfortable, the staff were very helpful and apologetic. The location was convenient for my late-night airport stopover, but the dining options were mediocre. Overall, a mix of good and bad experiences.
